Kopke
It has an amber colour with brownish reflections. The aroma is characterised by dried fruits (walnut, almond and dried fig), candied orange peel, honey, caramel and light notes of spices and wood. On the palate, it is fine and harmonious, with a silky texture, good acidity that maintains freshness, and a very well-integrated balance between sweetness and oxidative evolution. The finish is long, smooth and persistent, with a strong presence of dried fruits.
